I’ve followed your blog for a while but have never posted. I am in your inspire support group. I have to say I smiled and teared up when seeing this. Way to go Charlotte!!! She looks like she has the best personality. I am so happy for you all this is such a milestone for her. Isn’t it amazing how preemies have no idea how strong and amazing they truly are?
Thanks for leaving a comment, I love “knowing” our readers And yes, they really are amazing. She’s taught me much more than I think I’ll ever be able to teach her. But then, I think that’s true of most children.
I LOVED watching this video – and so did CJ! We watched it over and over again! Such an exciting day!! Way-to-go Charlotte! (and Mom, Dad, and therapists)
Every.single.time I watch that (and we watch it a lot at Turner and Eloise’s request (although this may be because we ban all other screen time in our house LOL)) I get choked up. Look at her go. She amazes me (and everyone around her). At first it was your voice, Amanda, that got me teary but now it is all of the therapists gathering around to watch Charlotte with such pride and adoration. That little girl has touched so many people and made us all just a little bit better. I always say it but thank you for sharing her with the world. She is an inspiration.
I can’t remember how I found your blog…but watching this video brought me to tears. Thank you for sharing. I have a 24 weeker who is now 10 months old. I can’t wait for the day she can walk!
That is so crazy awesome, and we all know that moment represented so many tiny moments of progress and so much work. Such a big deal!! Loved how happy you sounded in the video
CONGRATULATIONS!!!! GREAT milestone for you all!
Thank you so much!
