Hey y’all. We’re walking again this year for the March of Dimes. We’d love to make our goal of raising $1,000 in Charlotte’s name.
We’ve been working so hard with the March of Dimes this year to help companies in the community understand the true cost of prematurity. It was here in San Diego that researchers discovered the benefits of surfactant. That one discovery saved our daughter’s life, along with the lives of so many other children.
But the real push right now is to prevent unnecessary preterm deliveries. Babies are Worth the Wait is a new campaign for the March of Dimes. Check it out. I love the picture of the baby’s brain at 35 weeks compared to 39 weeks. (Let’s not talk about what Charlotte’s brain must have looked like at birth).
Babies are worth the wait.
It takes donations to get them there.
Help fund these programs in Charlotte’s name.
